Maybe its leaders in Manila are readying their exit out of the country with their bags full of pesos. Yes, the country will survive and recover but like any country hit by a natural disaster, it will take time.
Do I deserve another slap for this comment? Make it 2 slaps, one on each side, I want matching cheeks.

on a similar time as achieveable - it is not a probable state of affairs - it doesnt in high quality condition the patern - we choose something which will deliver us into Iran - except its a nuke from Iran its not susceptible to have any important effect on what is going to take place Actuallly, for bush to get on along with his schedule - he needs to get the UN into Iraq first - this might liberate the squaddies there and then into Iran we circulate - if we had yet another attack - what pretense ought to he use - he cant use Iran simply by fact its already usual that they don't seem to be hiding in Iran no - in all likihood - th enext attack against us wont be on our soil - it is going to be against our naval vessels - probable a service on account that they are so extensive and have a great form of human beings on them - this may be seen an act of conflict and at cutting-edge we are able to circulate in

They are always ready, but the only things that will suffer is the lack of discipline from other citizen that even warnings will come, some choose to stay with the matter that they don't tend to believe on the news that comes.
Besides, lack of budget and volunteers are the kind of matters that will bother most, asides from an advance kind of tools and transportation to use on some urgent rescues and evacuations.
Good luck

First of all, I want to thank Alma for her encouraging words. I'm watching the devastation and the force of the water in Japan that is moving buildings, cars and everything in its path. Its like a movie like 2012,,,,but this is the real deal. God forbid the Philippines is affected. We have had enough tragedies. LORD have mercy,,,,,, Christ have mercy,,,,,,

If ever it happens, the Philippines is ready for destruction. God forbids!
The government is so busy with all those "grafts and corruptions" that they don't have time to prepare for such things. New Zealand was caught in surprise ! Japan was shocked! And how about the Philippines? God knows!!!

The Philippines is an impoverished country with limited resources. The Philippines can endure disasters, as it always has, but its people suffer greatly.
