you did not mention if she wants to live in the big city(Manila) or in provinces. But in case she wants to live both, i recommend you to check on Cavite area. It's like a province but is just a 30-minute ride to the big city. They have subdivisions there where great townhouses are built. Try the Lancaster New City in Cavite City. The subdivision have complete amenities and a secure environment. I'm sure she'll surely love the houses there and the place too.
