What is the service performance level of China's Express Mail Service ?

For thoseYAPpers who used China's Express Mail Service ( EMS ) for the shipment of goods from China, what can you say about the service performance level of EMS ? Did you encounter problems in receiving your shipment ?

A friend bought some printer consumables from Shenzhen, China. To save on shipping cost, she requested that the items be sent thru China's Express Mail Service.



Shipment was delivered to her after three weeks. She had to make several follow-up calls.
