In Thailand we have many different kinds of bugs. There are grasshoppers, crickets, beetles, worms (larvae), ants and so on. I love grasshoppers and bamboo worms THE MOST.
Grasshoppers tastes like shrimps (fried) and bamboo worms are just so creamy!!!
I don't find them 'exotic' because its just too common in Thailand... but I can understand it is considered 'exotic' to most people :-)

deep fried whole scorpion
steamed half pork brain
stir-fried duck ovaries in garlic sauce
dried fallopian tubes of snow frogs in sweet broth
grilled whole sparrows on skewer
The best is the frog tubes - delicisous dessert. Others were okay, but I didn't like to pork brain because the texture was unpleasant and there was not much flavor.

Sushi is as unique as i are transforming into to be particularly straightforward, yet I stay in Texas, and have seen people consume goat, rattle snake, rabbit, turtle and stuff like that this is surprisingly effortless i assume. They consume it like this isn't any vast deal. i'm getting surprisingly squeamish. So I defiantly does no longer be a competent candidate for malicious program ingesting.

I love frog legs, my boyfriend goes and catches them every spring and we have a feast, but living in Texas I don't think of them as exotic, neither is crawfish.
As far as bugs adn critters, I ate them when I was a baby and my mom said I loved them, I guess it was the crunching. I don't think she actually LET me eat them, she just caught me eating them. hahah....anyway this is true.
There are stores that sell chocolate covered crickets and grasshoppers. Maybe you ought to try them before picking one up off the floor and chomping into it.
Maybe YAP again

I have eaten froglegs and snails in France, bees and grashoppers in Taiwan. And of course in my country we also eat rabbit (which people here might find quite strange, but it is really delicious) and also horse meat. A horse steak is also very delicious.

I ate an apple once without washing it first. And I drank a glass of milk on the expiration date. I'm a wildman. You can't stop me. Mr. Exotic is my middle name.
