Are there any good hotels in Tarlac Phillipines?

I plan on heading down there around april time frame for 2 weeks with a bunch of friends and were looking for one that doesnt cost $100 a night.

i'm from a nearby province of tarlac, i'm not aware if there are hotels within tarlac.. try asking thru the chatroom.. there's a hotel in nueva ecija where I live, it would not cost you much but it’s a little bit far from tarlac.
