i'd say truth is heavier than innocence as relative to its depth and insight..whichever 'truth' the asker wishes to imply {be it the absolute truth 'christian truth' OR the philosophical truth 'factual truth'}.
Innocence is plain and inelaborate, it is a virtue of being free from guilt and evil. While truth, comes in such a complex package which for generations had been debated upon by thinkers and philosophers. Maybe because truth itself, is subjective and is relative to evenly profound elements of society.
But of course, truth will be much simpler when we use it as a language in mathematics - however, di rin para sa lahat, especially to someone like me, who see numbers and math equations as profound as the egyptian hieroglyphics :p

The face of truth.
The face of innocence can easily be discerned while the face of truth takes time to uncover. Like the face of deceit, so easy to hide.

The face of innocense is as deep as I could go. I cannot go deeper and face the truth. I forgot to bring my SCUBA gear.
